Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment. Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $35.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. Allow up to 2 business days for tracking to update.

Delays, lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@yuvacomfort.com and we will investigate and make it right.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address, but contact us immediately and we will try to help.
