- We describe products as accurately as possible; colors/sizes may vary slightly from images.
- Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Price at checkout applies.
- We may limit quantities or decline/cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, out of stock) and refund any payment.
Orders & payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; a confirmed, paid order forms the contract.
- Payment is handled by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
Shipping & returns

- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Yuva or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yuva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
